Sense of Self SOS

Our facilitators provide support, education, professional development and workshops for students, educators, parents, professionals and corporates to enhance wellbeing and manage challenges in proactive, preventative and reactive ways.

We work with different size groups. Flexible in our approach, we love working with both small groups and larger groups, through interactive workshops, lecture style formats or a combination of presenting modes to best suit the audiences’ needs and size.

A wide variety of programs are offered to support wellbeing. Our Psychologists work with students, parents, educators and corporates to enhance coping, resilience, wellbeing, body image, self esteem, self compassion, self care and anxiety management.

  • Understanding thoughts & feelings, developing coping tools, and communicating effectively, contributes to overall feelings of wellbeing. Better learning outcomes often result!

  • Let our experienced Psychologists work with your teams to focus on resilience, coping, self esteem, body image and self care to help you build a happier & healthier school, workplace and organisation.

  • Get in touch with us to chat about how we can best suit your SOS needs.
